Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the hotel was a mix of comfort and convenience. The room had all the necessities for a cozy stay, although the overpowering industrial air freshener was a downside. The location couldn't have been better, right in the heart of Airlie Beach with easy access to everything, but the hike up to the 5th-floor room was a bit tiring.
Staying at this hotel was a mixed experience. On the bright side, my room had a lovely view of the Airlie lagoon where I could watch my teenagers swim. Unfortunately, the room's location by reception made it noisy with constant chatter and ringing phones, plus the nightclub across the road added to the disruption.
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The location was superb, right by the lagoon and close to all the action in Airlie Beach, but the room felt a bit outdated, like a basic garage. The size and cleanliness were good, though, with a nice balcony to enjoy.
The hotel had some positives like clean and well-equipped rooms but was slightly let down by a stale smell. The staff was friendly and helpful, however, there were instances of being ignored. The location was convenient with easy access to amenities, but the odd layout was a downside. The dining experience was inclusive and featured great steaks, and the facilities were satisfactory.
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms were unfortunately not the best, located at a noisy street corner near a nightclub, but they were clean. The service, although a bit older in style, was friendly and very helpful with local recommendations. The location was convenient, right in the center of town opposite nightlife spots, but lacked storage space. The dining included was basic but satisfactory. The facilities offered were decent, but nothing extraordinary.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The location was superb, close to the lagoon and beach, making it easy for day trips. The rooms, however, had a downside as mine was located on a street corner facing a noisy nightclub, affecting my overall comfort. The service was friendly and helpful, which made up for some of the inconvenience.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms, although a bit outdated, provided everything needed for a short or long stay. The service was very polite and friendly, although there were some disruptive neighbors. The hotel's location was convenient for exploring Airlie Beach, but the noise from the nightlife could be bothersome. The dining options were basic but included in the price. The facilities were adequate for a comfortable stay.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The location was fantastic, right in the heart of Airlie Beach, offering easy access to everything I needed. The room, unfortunately, was situated on a street corner facing a noisy nightclub, but it was spacious and had all the necessary amenities. The service was excellent, with the friendly staff going out of their way to assist us. The dining options were satisfactory, and the facilities provided added convenience to our stay.
The hotel offers clean and basic rooms that provide space for folded clothes but lack soundproofing. The staff is helpful and accommodating, especially with late check-ins and room changes. Its central location is convenient for nightlife but may be noisy due to nearby clubs and bars.
Staying at this hotel was a mixed experience. The room, while comfortable and clean, felt somewhat cramped given the relentless rain outside. The service was exceptional, with Richard and the team going out of their way to ensure our comfort. The location, despite some rowdiness nearby at night, was ideal for exploring Airlie Beach. The dining options were basic but satisfactory, and the facilities offered good value for the price.
